Uganda, I might have an opportunity for some of you. Hear me out. I’m putting together a studio for a massive project, and I’m looking for about 50 people to max it out. The team I’m envisioning is: 20 Blender / 3D 10 Unity 6 Frontend 5 Backend 8 UI/UX And before you immediately think *“I don’t qualify”* ,that’s not the point. I’m not looking for people who are already experts.You don’t need a degree.You don’t need a portfolio.You don’t need work experience and you don’t even need to know Blender or programming yet. As long as you have a PC, an actual interest in one of these areas, and you’re willing to genuinely put in the work it’ll take, that’s really all there is to it. The idea is to teach the people who join from the ground up and eventually bring everyone to an industry-standard level. I’m trying to build a team that doesn’t just build within an individual unit but rather integrate the individual in-depth understanding within a serious production pipeline that revolves around them. And yes, I’m aware that sounds insanely ambitious .That’s kind of the point though. There is a much bigger project behind this, but I’m not going to dump the entire thing into a Reddit post. If you’re even slightly curious, just hear me out. I’ll break down the project schematics,the learning period, and everything in between. Maybe you hear it and think: *“This is actually insane. I’m in.”* or perhaps *“Yeah, this isn’t for me.”*..Both are completely fine. You don’t have to commit to anything just because you asked about it. I’m literally just looking for people who are willing to give the idea a chance before deciding whether they want anything to do with it.
