🇸🇦🇾🇪💥 UPDATESaudi Arabia's Jazan refinery hit again by Houthi strikes, out of service for weeks

🔴 The Financial Times reports the refinery, operated by Saudi Aramco, was targeted on Monday, the latest in a series of Houthi attacks that have kept the 400,000-barrel-per-day facility offline.

🔴 The Houthis said dozens of ballistic missiles and drones struck the site on September 6, describing it as a response to Saudi drone incursions over Yemen.

🔴 The refinery has not operated at full capacity since late July, when previous attacks damaged its tank farm and power complex.

🔴 Diesel shipments from the site fell to zero in August.

🔴 Saudi Arabia has rerouted crude exports via the Red Sea and the East-West pipeline, but replacing refining capacity is harder than diverting barrels.
