UPDATE — Israeli strikes across southern and eastern Lebanon kill 5, wound 24
Lebanon's Ministry of Health says the final toll from overnight strikes stands at 5 killed and 24 injured, with several areas hit including Nabatieh, Tyre, and the Western Bekaa. The IDF says the strikes were in response to an explosive-laden drone launched toward its troops on the upper ridges of Ali al-Tahir; the drone was intercepted and caused no casualties.
