A Muslim father’s 2-year-old daughter was playing at the splash pad in Walsall Arboretum Park when another child (around 5) forcibly dunked her head underwater.

When the father confronted the parents, a woman shouted at him: “Go back to your own country, f* off”** — right in front of his children and others. The child repeated the same abuse. Every time he passed by, she threatened: “If you look at me, I will knock you out.”
