Something worth understanding about price and why levels work.
Markets move because of orders. Buy orders push price up. Sell orders push price down.
At key levels, large amounts of orders are sitting. Previous highs and lows are where stop losses cluster. Order blocks are where institutions entered positions and will defend them again.
When price reaches these areas there's a battle. Buyers and sellers both show up in size. That's why you see reactions at the same levels over and over.
This is why drawing your levels from the higher timeframe matters so much. The levels that institutions are watching are not on the 1 minute chart. They're on the 4 hour and daily.
When your level aligns with where the big money is positioned, you're not just placing a trade. You're following the same logic as the largest players in the market.
