Big tech is eating itself alive. Cisco dropped 8 percent and people act surprised. The math is simple, if you pay too much for components to build a shiny networking box but can't keep your margins, you get wrecked. I hate this flickering office light. Investors are finally waking up to the fact that AI isn't free money. It is just a massive sinkhole for capital. The stock is still up 50 percent YTD, so maybe they were just waiting for a reason to hit the sell button. If Arista and others start sliding, this isn't just one bad day for Cisco, it is a sector realization. The market is rigged to reward growth that never actually hits the bottom line. My shoes are squeaking on this floor.
