A staged reading of “Military Mom” and “Balance” by Alina Sarnatska, a veteran and former frontline combat medic.
Both plays will be performed in English.
These deeply personal works explore war, motherhood, memory, and survival - revealing the emotional reality of life between the battlefield and the civilian world.
“Military Mom” follows a combat medic who saves lives daily while navigating the impossible balance between service and motherhood.
“Balance” is an intimate story of a woman veteran searching for meaning, stability, and humanity after war.
The reading will be followed by a live Q&A with the playwright, moderated by Zorianna Kit.
All proceeds will support Ukrainian field medics through Leleka Foundation.
