India's diverse cultural wealth includes a long civilisational history, Yoga, Ayurveda, literature, cinema, cuisine, and a strong global diaspora.
𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆:

Districts should create localized strategies connecting artists and cultural workers with training, technology, finance, and global markets.

The framework transitions from art (kala) and skill (kaushal) to earnings (kamai) employment (rozgar) and ultimate global influence (vishwa prabhav).
