Sellsmart is Live & We Ditched the Middlemen
Sellsmart, our AI sales platform, is officially LIVE! The biggest news is we realized the old components were too slow, so we went full DIY:
We built our own custom AI infrastructure to kill latency in the voice agent.
By doing that, we completely replaced ElevenLabs, Twilio, and AWS Bedrock. Everything is now under our control, making it faster and cheaper.
The Arabic Breakthrough
The biggest technical win is the voice agent itself. We’re the only ones in the game who can do this:
We took the Falcon 7B LLM and fine-tuned it heavily using LoRA.
We trained our own TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) models on a ton of Arabic dialects.
Result: A complete AI voice agent that supports natural, multi-dialect Arabic. It sounds legit, not robotic.
We also set up our own FreeSWITCH server and SIP trunk to handle the calls directly.
We're in the final phase of fine-tuning the whole setup.
Business & Funding
Big Partnership: We signed a sole partnership deal with a Saudi partner. They get the exclusive right to offer our service in the largest MENA market.
