PHILADELPHIA SERIAL KILLER?
In June 2026, Eugene Horsch — 44 — was arrested for narcotics, while carrying a fake DEA badge,
& was accompanied by a woman who gave an identification card for a missing woman.
Police searched Eugene’s home on West Chew Avenue in Olney & discovered a hard drive with video evidence of two other missing women.
They also found a 55-gallon drum & a piece of writing about serial killer Ted Bundy that referenced zip ties & a drum.
Eugene’s father, Ray “R.C.” Horsch, also lived at the home, but died in 2025.
Ray produced snuff films, wrote erotic books with sadomasochistic themes, & was married to Amy McHale — who disappeared in 2016.
Police have yet to uncover any bodies.
