How do the rich buy property?
I think the biggest difference is their mindset.
Many people buy based on what they like...
Nothing wrong with that.
But wealthy investors often ask a different question:
"What is this property going to do for me?"
They see property as a tool to build wealth, generate cash flow, create a legacy, and grow their assets over time.
They don't just look at the property.
They look at the purpose behind it.
Another interesting observation: many wealthy people value privacy more than luxury.
And before they buy, they spend more time avoiding bad decisions than chasing the next great deal.
They think about risks, maintenance costs, exit plans, future demand, and how the property fits into their overall strategy.
Because building wealth is also about protecting it.
So whether you're buying your first home or first investment property, ask yourself:
Am I buying this because I like it?
Or because it helps me achieve my long-term goals?
