• Create a fun and positive Day Zero experience
• Look out for the safety and wellbeing of your freshmen
• Work with ICT SMC to keep activities running smoothly
• Gain leadership and communication experience
• Receive your own exclusive facilitator shirt
• Network and make new connections with your fellow coursemates
