Восстановление мира и стабильности и укрепление национального единства, достигнутые благодаря усилиям, труду и беспримерной самоотверженности Основателя мира и национального единства - Лидера нации, Президента Республики Таджикистан уважаемого Эмомали Рахмона, являются важнейшим историческим достижением периода независимости.
Именно благодаря руководству и мудрым, дальновидным наставлениям уважаемого Эмомали Рахмона за 35 лет независимости, Таджикистан добился значительных успехов на пути устойчивого социально-экономического развития, а также был заложен фундамент независимого таджикского государства как демократического, правового, светского и социального государства.
Строительство дорог и тоннелей, электростанций, промышленных предприятий, образовательных и медицинских учреждений, развитие инфраструктуры и реализация крупных национальных проектов коренным образом изменили облик страны.
Празднование 35-летия Государственной независимости страны является не только священной исторической датой, но и большой ответственностью перед будущими поколениями.
Поэтому священный долг нынешнего поколения, особенно молодёжи, заключается в защите независимости и свободы, уважении к её ценностям и достижениям, укреплении мира, стабильности и национального единства.
Уверен, что гордый народ Таджикистана благодаря сильной воле, высокому чувству патриотизма и созидательным усилиям приведёт Таджикистан к новым этапам развития и прогресса.

At this solemn moment, I sincerely congratulate all of you and extend my heartfelt wishes for happiness and prosperity on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan a great and sacred national holiday.
The Day of State Independence, which our proud people annually celebrate on September 9 with a sense of pride and gratitude for their state and national statehood, is a sacred and historic date, a symbol of national sovereignty, freedom, and the revival of the statehood of the Tajik people.
Independence is the greatest national treasure, the foundation of the existence of a sovereign state, and a guarantee of preserving the national identity, language, culture, and historical values of the Tajik people.
Thirty-five years of independence have been a glorious path, but at the same time, one filled with historical trials and challenges.
The imposed civil war inflicted serious damage on the social life and economy of the country and the foundations of statehood, creating a threat to the existence of the state and the unity of the nation.
The restoration of peace and stability and the strengthening of national unity, achieved through the efforts, hard work, and unparalleled dedication of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, constitute the most important historical achievement of the period of independence.
It is precisely thanks to the leadership and wise, farsighted guidance of respected Emomali Rahmon that, over 35 years of independence, Tajikistan has achieved significant progress on the path of sustainable socio-economic development, while the foundations of an independent Tajik state as a democratic, law-based, secular, and social state have been laid.
The construction of roads and tunnels, power plants, industrial enterprises, educational and healthcare institutions, the development of infrastructure, and the implementation of major national projects have fundamentally transformed the face of the country.
