A RogueNews Post In the last 6 months of digging through the esoteric sides of Christianity, I have come to the conclusion that Anton LaVey created a system of belief to trick people into thinking that certain concepts from other legitimate religious beliefs are forms of "Devil Worship" so they can corrupt the masses into belief systems which are essentially a mental trap convincing the masses you are not worthy of communication with God. On the other hand, the awaken of spirits does not lead to money being placed in Sunday collection plates.
I stop just short of placing the concepts created by LaVey into the category of state sponsored psychological operations, but when toss in characters like Acquino, then you really cannot avoid those kind of associations.
Factor in the texts by Susan Ford and Cathey O'Brien, then those dang dotted lines appear again which imply LaVey was indeed a psy-op along with a connection to church plates tied to city within Italy.
Then we had the 1980s Satanic Panic which promoted lines to make this repugnant to the general public.
