Quantum Wallet operates on a non-custodial model; user assets are not held by the project team but are managed directly by the users themselves via their mnemonic phrases or private keys. The project team cannot access, transfer, or dispose of user assets without the user's authorization.
Previously, the project's progress was influenced by various factors—including exchange listing reviews, liquidity requirements of centralized exchanges (CEXs), adjustments to market strategy, and legacy system upgrades—necessitating complex technical coordination, historical data verification, and the restructuring of asset recovery procedures. Asset recovery efforts are currently ongoing, and some users' assets have not yet been fully restored.
To expedite the recovery process, the project team has established a dedicated task force to coordinate continuously with relevant technical teams and partners, advancing the work step-by-step according to the established recovery plan.
Based on current progress, the project team plans to initiate asset recovery arrangements in December and assist eligible users in completing the recovery process. Specific details regarding the timing, method, and subsequent progress of the recovery will be announced via official channels; we ask users to remain patient and stay tuned for the latest official updates.
We thank you for your continued understanding, support, and patience. We remain committed to advancing this work and will provide timely updates on our progress.
