Chernihiv-Bryansk Oblasts.
Lately, it was possible to hear a number of rumors in the media regarding a Russian buildup in the Bryansk Oblast for a possible offensive in Ukraine's Chernihiv Oblast.
At the moment, nothing hints at either of the two possibilities in terms of what's being observed from the Ukrainian side, and it seems that these rumors will likely remain exactly those—just rumors, without any actual physical Russian action.
Meanwhile, though, the Ukrainians continue digging obstacles, like ditches, and placing barbed wire.
Anyways, I will continue to monitor the situation here, as the fact that they aren't preparing anything now doesn't mean that they won't in the future.
