⭐️ National Program Officer at the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine
✏️ Що робити?
Country Program — Quality Assurance
– Support in close collaboration with the Program Manager Quality Assurance the quality assurance in the implementation of the Ukraine Country Program.
– Contribute to strategic reflections on quality assurance and monitoring and risk management system.
– Support the implementation of institutional guidelines for monitoring, steering, evaluation, learning processes.
– Provide support, training, and advice to the team and project partners regarding operational processes and quality assurance, guidelines and new (digital) tools.
– Exchange with QA peers of other donor organization, mutual learning.
Monitoring and Results Data Management Focal Point
– Act as a focal point for all monitoring related activities within the Embassy and with project partners.
– Support the implementation and development of a monitoring system tailored to the Ukraine country program, including digital tools for monitoring (e.g. dashboard)
and the monitoring of Humanitarian Aid Direct Actions
📌 Що потрібно?
– Master’s degree in relevant field (political science, development cooperation, economics, public administration, etc.).
– Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience and project management preferably in an international NGO or donor agency.
– Excellent knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and learning instruments.
– Experience and knowledge of humanitarian aid, development, and/or multilateral instruments.
– Working experience in an embassy or an international organization is highly desirable.
– Strong affinity for digital transformation, experience in developing digital tools for monitoring a strong asset.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Personal qualities:
– Well structured, independent, proactive, with ability to work under pressure.
– Highly motivated and committed.
– Strong analytical, conceptual, and good communication skills.
– Proven ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
– Excellent social competencies, ability to work in a team.
– High degree of personal integrity and trustworthiness.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (German or French is an asset).
