Calculate creatinine clearance for nephrology patients, particularly before antibiotic therapy. 5. Actively participate in the Antibiotic Stewardship Program (ASP). 6. Monitor and record higher-end and restricted antibiotics usage. 7. Review culture and sensitivity reports to ensure appropriate antibiotic selection. 8.
