«មហាសន្និបាត ២០២៦៖ ពិធីសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការនៃ កម្មវិធីលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទាន ២០២៦» រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា មានកិត្តិយស និងសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង ក្នុងការទទួលស្វាគមន៍វត្តមានអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី ទេសាភិបាលធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា ក្នុងឱកាសអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុង «ពិធីសម្ពោធ កម្មវិធីលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទាន ២០២៦» នេះ។ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត បានមានប្រសាសន៍កោតសរសើរចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សមាគម ក្នុងការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីប្រកបដោយសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់សហគ្រិន និងម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្ម តាមរយៈការកសាងសមត្ថភាព និងការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុពីអ្នកជំនាញដោយផ្ទាល់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឧកញ៉ាប្រធាន បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសមិទ្ធផលដ៏ត្រចះត្រចង់ក្នុងរយៈពេលកន្លងមក និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពសហគ្រិនកម្ពុជាព្រោះកម្មវិធីនេះនឹងបន្តដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការ៖ ផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹង បង្កើតកាលានុវត្តភាព និងជំរុញការតភ្ជាប់។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ដែរថា កម្មវិធីលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានបានដាក់ដំណើរការតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០២១ មកម្ល៉េះ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងសមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា សមាគមមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា និងសមាគមធនាគារនៅកម្ពុជា។ __________ “National Convention 2026: Official Launch of the Access to Finance Program 2026” Phnom Penh: On the morning of April 3, 2026, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) was deeply honored and delighted to welcome the high-level presence of Her Excellency Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, as she presided over the "Official Launch of the Access to Finance Program 2026."
