នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឧកញ៉ា ប៉ិច បូឡែន ប្រធានសមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងជំនួបពិភាក្សា ជាមួយ លោកជំទាវ ឌិត នីតា ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសមាគមមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា និង លោក រ័ត្ន សោភ័ណ ប្រធានសមាគមធនាគារនៅកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលបំណងពិភាក្សាទាក់ទងនឹងសមិទ្ធផល បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងអនុសាសន៍នានា នៃ «កម្មវិធី លទ្ធភាពទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទាន» (Access to Finance Program)។
តាមរយៈកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ គ្រប់ភាគីទាំងអស់នៅតែបន្តសហប្រតិបត្តិការគាំទ្រសមាគមលើគម្រោង «កម្មវិធីលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទាន» ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយសមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា។ គ្រប់ភាគីទាំងអស់ បានរិះរកនូវវិធីសាស្រ្តដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់សហគ្រិនឱ្យទទួលបានព័ត៌មាន និងប្រភពទុនកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ ព្រមទាំងបានឯកភាពគ្នាលើផែនការសកម្មភាពសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងនោះរួមមានការត្រៀមរៀបចំកម្មវិធីសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាពេលខាងមុខនេះផងដែរ។

On March 11, 2026, Oknha Pech Bolen , President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), attended a High-Level Lunch Meeting with H.E. Dith Nita, Chairwoman of the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA), and Mr. Rath Sophoan, Chairman of the Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC). The meeting focused on the achievements, challenges, and recommendations regarding the "Access to Finance Program".
Through this meeting, all parties reaffirmed their continued cooperation and support for the project organized by YEAC. All parties explored strategic methods to better facilitate entrepreneurs access to information and broader capital sources. All parties explored ways to help entrepreneurs access broader information and sources of capital, and agreed on an action plan for 2026, including preparations for the official launch event soon.
