🇳🇱 #Netherlands: A group of more than 30 armed men killed a security guard yesterday who was guarding the home of Jan G. Jr., a prominent figure in the Dutch drug trade. Fugitive drug lord Jos “Bolle Jos” Leijdekkers, regarded as the Netherlands’ most wanted drug lord, is reportedly linked to the case.
Two police officers were also injured during the incident. The targeted property was previously attacked with AK-47 gunfire last year and was linked to a drug laboratory.
A video circulating online following the attack shows four masked men, three of whom are armed with automatic weapons. One of the men, speaking with what is described as a heavy Spanish accent, accuses Jan G. Jr. of stealing 1,283 kg of cocaine and two transport trucks before issuing a 12-hour ultimatum and threatening to kill his loved ones if the alleged goods are not returned.
Following the attack, a total of 34 people were arrested at various locations around the country, among them nationals of Algeria, France and Belgium.
