You can't change what you can't acknowledge as a trader.
The difficult part isn't always knowing what you're doing wrong. Sometimes, it's being honest enough with yourself to accept it.
You don't become a better trader by protecting your ego. You become better by confronting the habits that are costing you money. Look at your trades honestly.
You can't fix what you're still pretending isn't broken.
