J&K Joins India’s Fully Literate Map 🇮🇳📚

Jammu & Kashmir has achieved the distinction of becoming a Fully Literate Union Territory under the ULLAS initiative, recording a literacy success rate of 99.09%.

The Ministry of Education considers a State or UT with a literacy rate of 95% or above to be “fully literate.”
