✊ Coinbase Launches Tokenized US Stocks on Base
Coinbase has introduced tokenized shares of US companies on Base, issued under the B20 standard. Each token is fully backed 1:1 by real shares held by Alpaca, a regulated broker and custodian.
Trading is now live 24/7, with liquidity already available on Aerodrome (AERO).
Users outside the U.S. in supported regions can trade fractional shares—like Apple and NVIDIA—directly through non-custodial wallets. More stocks are set to be added in the coming weeks, followed by additional RWA assets on Base.
