The U.S. Department of Labor has SUSPENDED nearly all of Cognizant’s and Cloudera PERM green-card sponsorship filings as part of a widening probe into alleged H-1B and labor-certification fraud by IT outsourcing firms.
Inspector General Anthony D’Esposito announced the move, warning that threats to American workers will not be tolerated and that investigators are following the facts, fraud, and finances.
