More and more of these isolated outposts are getting taken out in the region.
While one could assume that garrisons in the middle of fucknowhere can be safely ignored that isn't the case for Tatmadaw camps
If the Karen simply move all their forces to the main frontline these garrisons of Tat dogs will leave their camps are rape and pillage the surrounding territories and thus have to be taken out one by one
