Overcoming Impostor Syndrome – Embrace Your Worth
😶‍🌫️ “I’m not smart enough.”
🙈 “I just got lucky.”
🎭 “One day, they’ll find out I’m a fraud.”

This is Impostor Syndrome — the silent inner voice that tells you you're not truly capable, even when you clearly are.

Why it happens:
Even high achievers feel like they don’t deserve their success. Perfectionism, comparison, and fear of failure feed this feeling.
But here’s the truth: Impostor Syndrome lies.

🛠 How to fight it (based on psychologist advice):
1 Recognize the voice
— notice when that inner critic appears.
2 Name your strengths — make a list of real accomplishments.
3 Reframe mistakes — errors are proof you’re learning, not failing.
4 Talk about it — share with someone. Shame fades in conversation.
5 Accept praise — don’t downplay success. Say “thank you” and own it.

🧠 English phrases to learn:
• “I feel like I don’t belong.”
• “Everyone else is better.”
• “What if I fail?”

→ Replace them with:

“I’m still learning.”
“I worked hard for this.”
“Growth takes time.”
