💢 A fuel shortage has begun in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, with many troops complaining that fuel allowances have been cut by 50%, Ukrainian military blogger Stanislav Bunyatov reports.
According to Bunyatov, there should be no restrictions on fuel for combat missions.
Russian forces earlier struck fuel and energy facilities in Kiev and the surrounding region that also supplied the Ukrainian military.
