Coinbase has launched tokenized shares of US companies on Base. Represented as B20 tokens, each is fully backed 1:1 by real equities held by Alpaca—a regulated broker-dealer and custodian.
Trading is now live 24/7, with liquidity already available on Aerodrome (AERO).
Eligible users outside the U.S. can trade fractional shares of stocks like Apple and NVIDIA directly from non-custodial wallets. More tickers will be added in the weeks ahead, followed by additional RWA integrations on Base.
