Biror ish tugagandan keyingina boshqa voqea sodir bo‘lganini ta’kidlash uchun ishlatiladi.
Formula:Only after + noun / V-ing + did + subject + V1
Example 1• Only after leaving home did I realise how much I depended on my family.
Uydan chiqib ketganimdan keyingina oilamga qanchalik bog‘liqligimni angladim.Example 2•
Only after reading the whole book did she understand the writer’s message.
Butun kitobni o‘qib chiqqandan keyingina u yozuvchining fikrini tushundi.

Yig‘ilishdan keyingina haqiqiy muammoni bilib oldik.
Muhim:Only after gap boshida kelsa → inversion bo‘ladi.

Bu strukturani “only then”, “afterwards” o‘rniga ishlatsangiz, writing’ingiz ancha sophisticated ko‘rinadi.
