building this for a few weeks, so here's the short version of what it actually is
grok bot gives you a crew. foreman is the layer that runs the night shift over it
you declare the spec, hand out grants, create the crew, put the routines on a schedule, and read the board in the morning
three things a chat window can't do:
> the board sorts bots worst first, and it never calls one healthy. it says "no indicator fired" - those are different statements
> grants: each bot declares what it may reach, and foreman prints the gap against the one shared VM
> the spec gate: an entry flips to done only on a verdict from a grader that is not the worker
the core rule is the whole design: it is not allowed to guess
