I love every project I've built, but Costrym is probably one of my favorites because of how complex and actually useful it was.
It was an orchestrated 19-agent system that analyzed a company's accounting data, found duplicate or inflated vendor subscriptions, and proposed cost-cutting actions and implement them with human approval.
Basically, an AI cost engineer.
I also think it reached the top 10% for YC, but I need to fact-check that before I say it for sure.
