✦ Added the ability to use Inline Buttons in Secretary Bot responses
✦ Optimized the behavior of Secretary Bots:
• Accessing the Admin button by name is now ignored.
• Forwarded messages from the menu are ignored (not supported by Telegram in Secretary Bot mode).
• In «Maintenance» mode, the bot no longer responds to the user with an info message.
• In «Fast Click» mode, the bot ignores multiple messages (responding only to the first one).
