A technical failure in the UKโs air traffic control system disrupted flights across major airports, including Heathrow, Manchester and Gatwick, with nearly 300 flights cancelled and hundreds more delayed.
NATS said the problem affected its flight-processing system and later implemented a fix. British Airways and easyJet warned passengers of continued disruption as schedules recover.
