Garden Classification - Used for: Femoral neck fractures - Types: - Type I: Incomplete, impacted fracture. - Type II: Complete but nondisplaced fracture. - Type III: Complete fracture with partial displacement. - Type IV: Complete fracture with full displacement. 3. AO/OTA Classification - Used for: General fracture classification, particularly long bones - Types: Detailed alphanumeric system based on bone, segment, and fracture pattern. 4. Neer Classification - Used for: Proximal humerus fractures - Types: - Based on the number of displaced segments (1-part to 4-part fractures). 6. Weber Classification - Used for: Ankle fractures - Types: - Type A: Fracture below the syndesmosis. - Type B: Fracture at the level of the syndesmosis. - Type C: Fracture above the syndesmosis. 7. Denis Classification - Used for: Spinal fractures, particularly thoracolumbar - Types: - Based on three columns of the spine: anterior, middle, and posterior. 8. Schatzker Classification - Used for: Tibial plateau fractures - Types: - Type I: Lateral split fracture. - Type II: Lateral split with depression. - Type III: Pure depression of the lateral plateau. - Type IV: Medial plateau fracture. - Type V: Bicondylar fracture. - Type VI: Plateau fracture with diaphyseal discontinuity. 9.
