🔐 KYC ROLLOUT: BUILT IN STAGES
We know many of you have been waiting for KYC to open, so we want to give the community a clear update.
We originally communicated that KYC would begin from August 1. That timeline has changed, and we understand the frustration this has caused.
Before opening KYC to everyone, we’re planning to release 5,000 early KYC slots through Spin & Win, allowing us to test and optimise the process with a controlled group before expanding access.
🎡 Spin & Win is currently awaiting approval through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store before it can be released. This has taken longer than anticipated and has consequently delayed the KYC rollout.
Here’s the path ahead:

5️⃣ KYC Opens to the Wider Community 🔓
With a community of our size, we’d rather test the process properly before significantly increasing the volume.
We’ve also learned from this. Going forward, we’ll be more careful about announcing exact roadmap dates where external approvals, testing or other dependencies can affect delivery.
