Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
✅ Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably within structural steel, steel fabrication, construction, or industrial projects
✅ Proven experience in contract management and commercial negotiations
✅ Strong client relationship management and CRM experience
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✅ Strong understanding of the Qatar construction market
✅ Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
✅ Available to join immediately or MAXIMUM 1 month notice period
