We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise data center and mission-critical environments.
Key Skills:
✅ VMware ESXi / vSphere / vSAN
✅ Windows Server & Active Directory
✅ Dell EMC Isilon / PowerScale Storage
✅ Data Domain & NetWorker Backup Solutions
✅ Disaster Recovery & High Availability (Failover Clustering, SQL AlwaysOn)
✅ Dell Server Infrastructure & Virtualization
✅ Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
✅ Experience in government, surveillance, or critical infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
⭐ Preferred Certifications:
🎓 VMware Certified Professional (VCP) / VMware vSAN Certified
🎓 Microsoft Certified (Windows Server / Azure)
🎓 ITIL Certified
🎓 Qatar MMUP/UPDA Certification (preferred)
🕒 On-call and after-hours support required for critical operations.
