📢 We’re Hiring: Automation Project Implementation Consultant
B2C Solutions is seeking an experienced Automation Project Implementation Consultant for a three-month client assignment in Qatar.
The consultant will represent the client in managing an automation project being implemented by an appointed IT company. The primary responsibility is to ensure the solution is delivered in accordance with the approved Product Requirements Document (PRD), agreed timeline, quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Key responsibilities:
• Review the PRD and identify gaps, risks and unclear requirements
• Prepare and manage the detailed project implementation plan
• Monitor the IT company’s performance, milestones and deliverables
• Maintain requirements traceability and control scope changes
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations
• Coordinate quality assurance, UAT and defect resolution
• Assess go-live readiness and provide a Go/No-Go recommendation
• Oversee system handover, documentation and knowledge transfer
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum Seven years of experience managing IT, automation or digital-transformation projects
• Proven delivery of at least two software or automation projects through go-live
• Strong experience managing external IT vendors or system integrators
• Practical knowledge of PRD/BRD review, requirements traceability, UAT, change control and project governance
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification is preferred
• Strong stakeholder-management, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Available to mobilise within two weeks and commit for the full three-month assignment

📅 Contract duration: Three months
