*ANALYZER TECHNICIAN (3 months & Extendable)*
Location: RasLaffan
Industry: Petrochemical / Process Plant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain process analyzers and analyzer sample systems Good knowledge of plant safety and preventive maintenance.
2. Maintain Process Gas Chromatographs (FID & TCD).
3. Maintain online analyzers including pH, conductivity, gas detectors & dew point.
4. Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, installation & commissioning.
5. Read and interpret P&ID, Loop, Logic & Electrical drawings.
6. Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records.
7. Follow all plant safety and maintenance procedures.
Basic Requirements:
Valid QID & Passport (least 6 months validity)
Relevant experience as an Instrument/Analyzer Technician in a petrochemical or process plant.
Hands-on experience with Process Gas Chromatographs (FID & TCD) – Mandatory.
Strong experience with analyzer sample systems and online analyzers.
