Hopefully fixed the playback button issue.
Fixed the live recording.
Fixed catchup reverse button
Fixed typo in catchup sorting
Amended live playing streams code so it doesn't restart if already playing in preview
Removed a lot of epgcache code from live player - I don't actually know what that code was doing. - if something is different for you on live player let me know
Removed splash screen from live_categories.xml files (note to anyone that has a custom skin)

Lots of code clean up
