We have recently received reports of malicious actors impersonating KTKpay customer service representatives. They are contacting users via private messages (DMs) to trick them into providing OTPs or transferring funds to designated accounts.
Please note: KTKpay customer service will never contact users via private message, nor will we ever ask users to make any additional payments outside of the KTKpay app.
