Taiwan central bank governor gets 'A-' grade from Global Finance Yang Chin-long (楊金龍), governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan), has received an "A-" grade from New York-based Global Finance magazine, according to the publication's Central Banker Report Cards 2026 released Tuesday.
It marked the second consecutive year that Yang received an "A-" grade from Global Finance.
Yang was among 25 top-tier central bankers worldwide who received an "A+", "A" or "A-" grade, according to the magazine.
