Ho Chi Minh City land data and the challenge of unlocking the digital economy. Ho Chi Minh City's land data needs to be standardized, interconnected, and practically utilized. After 90 days, the goal is for 80% of the data to become part of the digital economic infrastructure serving management, businesses, and investors.
Land data must be usable.
Ho Chi Minh City has only 90 days, from September 1st to November 30th, 2026, to standardize, cross-check, and clean at least 80% of land data eligible for synchronization with the National Data Center.
Speaking at the launch ceremony for the intensive emulation campaign to complete the land database on September 3rd, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, requested that land parcels with information on cadastral maps but without registration or certificate issuance information must be reviewed before September 30, 2026, and updated into the database before October 30, 2026. https://vietnamfinance.vn/du-
