Kai Liam Nix, an army veteran, and alleged member of several pro-White groups faces up to 30 years in prison.
Nix was indicted by a Federal grand jury in August for not disclosing his alleged membership in Nationalist groups and dealing firearms without a license. The right to assemble for political reasons is guaranteed in the Constitution. It was reported by the SPLC that Nix appeared to have confronted many anti-White journalists and politicians as well as attending several nationalist demonstrations. Nix denied involvement in hate groups and a banned TG group that doxxed left wing journalists.
