Ukraine has warned the International Civil Aviation Organization about the danger of flights in Russian airspace — a corresponding letter has been sent to the ICAO Secretary General.
The document states that the Ukrainian side is exercising its inherent right to self-defense in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter, and is therefore compelled to respond appropriately to Russian terrorist air attacks.
