UPDATE: This line is resurfacing from VP JD Vance after a possible White House proposal would REDIRECT $9K per child per year from daycares to married couples with a stay-at-home spouse

VANCE: "Normal Americans...want a family policy that doesn't shunt their kids into crap daycare so they can enjoy more 'freedom' in the paid labor force."

This plan has NOT been formally revealed by the White House, but it's clear that JD might prefer the existing funds go to parents raising their kids at home rather than at a daycare
