The Cosmic Circle of Life: Birth & Death 🌌
Captured by the James Webb Space Telescope, these two masterpieces show the universe’s ultimate "recycling" story.

1. The Cradle: Pillars of Creation (Oct 2022)
This is a star nursery. These towering "skyscrapers" of gas and dust are being sculpted by the light of nearby stars. Inside, gravity is crushing dust together so tightly that it ignites, sparking brand-new stars into existence.

2. The Grave: The Crab Nebula (Oct 2023)
This is what remains after a massive star dies. It’s the wreckage of a supernova explosion—the orange "veins" are the star's guts being blasted into space, while the blue center glows from a tiny, spinning star-corpse called a pulsar.

The Connection:
One is a beginning, the other a spectacular end. When stars die, they scatter the heavy elements needed to build new planets and people.
📌Every atom in your body was once forged in a dying star and reborn in a cradle of dust. We are quite literally stardust, finally looking back home.
