Purple Ribbon Project - Team Namaste Bangtan🇮🇳💜: post #3316 — TG.ME

Good morning, Amriyaaa! Rise and shine and most importantly, be happy from your heart 💜

Today, I want to share a little life lesson.

There are some people who will never truly appreciate the people around them, no matter how much they do. You can do 99 things right, put in your heart, your time, and your effort, and they will stay silent. But the moment you miss that 1%, they will be ready with a whole list of what you didn't do.

And honestly? I really dislike that kind of mindset.

Appreciation costs nothing. Recognizing someone's effort doesn't make you smaller. If someone is doing their best, you don't always have to agree with everything they do, but you should at least know how to acknowledge their hard work.

Because a person who only knows how to criticize but never knows how to appreciate can never truly become a good leader. A good leader doesn't constantly make people feel like they are not enough. A good leader notices the effort, encourages people, and then helps them grow even better.

And I personally don't enjoy being around people who believe in favoritism either. People who can praise everyone else but deliberately choose not to appreciate one particular person especially because of their own ego, bias, or cheap mentality. That kind of behavior says much more about them than the person they are trying to ignore.

So here's today's lesson: Don't become someone who only notices mistakes. Learn to appreciate. Learn to acknowledge. Learn to be fair. And never let someone else's inability to appreciate you make you question your own worth.

Keep doing your thing. Keep growing. Keep changing. Keep speaking. And most importantly—shine anyway. 💜
