Fatah spokesman in the Gaza Strip Mundhir Al-Hayek admitted that the Palestinian Authority never ceased rewarding terrorists who carried out attacks on Israelis.
Speaking to Hebron-based radio station Alam on Aug. 23, Al-Hayek said: “What the US is asking for regarding stopping the payment of salaries to [terrorist] prisoners… we, as Palestinians, do not accept... We did not stop the payment of salaries.”
